Executive Development Program
The Business Landscape Is Always Transforming. Shouldn't You Be Too? As a leader, you're expected to have the answer. To be a great leader, you need to start asking questions like, "Do I need more than theoretical solutions to solve my organization's real business challenges?"
Welcome to the University of Dayton's Center for Leadership & Executive Development, a unique and powerful resource for leaders that provides an innovative world-class education.
The Executive Development programs allow senior leaders meet face-to-face with some of the most regarded and influential thinkers in the leadership field like Jim Kouze, Marshall Goldsmith, Beverly Kaye and Marcus Buckingham.
Each year, the Center for Leadership and Executive Development offers a variety of one-day workshops that address most of the topics that impact senior level leaders. Rather than commit to a weeklong program, you can customize your executive development and choose which workshops best address your needs — whether it’s personal effectiveness and productivity or leading successful teams and implementing large-scale change efforts. You’re in control of your leadership education.
Executive Leadership Program Benefits:
- Become a more effective leader and make a greater impact in your business through learning experiences that focus on your organization.
- Gain access to worldclass executive education delivered by some of the best minds in business — nationally and globally.
- Connect with accomplished peers and executives in an environment that encourages learning and growth for you and your organization.
- Take advantage of the Center’s flexibility to participate only in those programs that fit your personal and organizational development needs.
